21 Day Diploma in Sniper Training

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

The course is designed for mainly government units and military and police specialist marksman units. However, this course is also open to private security contractors for advanced ddm and also civilians wanting to learn how to be a tactical sniper for recreational, hunting, sports and competition.

COURSE INFORMATION

The 21-day tactical sniper course aim is to teach the student to make effective long-range shots with a rifle designed for that purpose.
The marksman will achieve the main units within the first 5 days going onto fulfil a live exercise from the ground up.

The first 5 days will focus on sniper marksmanship, as the overall result is still measured in placing a round on the intended target.
The trainee gains expert knowledge about sniper weapons, shooting, tactics, sneaking, hiding, camouflaging and survival basics in the nature. Therefore, the trainee is fully trained to work as a professional sniper shooter.

The advanced session will see the shooter actively go on a live tactical mission starting with the intel and brief, ending with the final shot.

Assessments

This course will be assessed by the range officer and firearms instructor for safety (nsp’s), range protocol, manners, emergency actions, accuracy and speed.
It will be assessed by 80% practical and 20% theory examination
A portfolio of training will be complimented by your award presented to you for your proof of participation which you will take with you as proof of your learning
