WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

This qualification is aimed at individuals who wish to deliver scenario-based conflict management training. It is suitable for delivery across a wide range of sectors and is of particular benefit to those delivering training in a customer-facing role. It also meets the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) for those delivering the licence to practice qualifications which include scenario-based conflict management training.

Course Information

This UCP award has been developed to meet the requirements of trainers who wish to deliver scenario-based conflict management training.

The objective of the qualification is to:

  • Support a role in the workplace for those who deliver scenario-based conflict management training; and
  • provide learners with personal growth and engagement in learning.
    The qualification is suitable for delivery across a wide range of sectors and is of benefit to those

delivering training in a customer-facing role.

The qualification also meets the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) for those delivering the licence to practice qualifications, which include scenario-based conflict management training.
